For the longest time now, I've been convincing my family to eat more vegetables and less meat. It isn't like they don't eat vegetables. They do. It's just that they do it for the perceived health benefits of veggies and not because they really like them. If they can get away with not eating veggies, I am sure they will. I think I'm the odd man out of the family in this regard. In recent months, I noticed that my abdomen area is getting bulgier by the day. Before, I can safely say that my abdomen is still in line with the rest of my body. Today, the bulge is getting more and more noticed. It isn't really a problem for me, but it becomes a problem when my pants get too tight to wear on.
