What exactly the person think when they hear the word obese is that the person isn't healthy. But, sometimes it goes the other way around. Not all obese people are unhealthy. As a matter of fact, some studies show that obese people have a healthy cardiac organ. Again, I would like to reiterate that only some obese people have this good condition. So, they shouldn't be confident enough that despite overweight, they consider themselves healthy. One of the drawback of these modern age, is everything seemed to be easy physically. I think brown rice contains a lot of carbohydrates. Although it may detoxify your body but then again, it will add to your fats. Why don't you just observe a healthy diet. You can try to consult your dietitian and your doctor so that they will be able to help you with it. If you want to detoxify, drink a lot of water. That's the secret.
