People get angry for a number of reasons. This may include coworkers who are not up to the job, business partners who did not abide by your contract, or even something as mundane as a partner who abandoned you. Whatever the cause of your anger is, you can use the energy coming in from this anger towards your weight management regime.
A lot of people I know cannot lose weight no matter how much they wanted to. They just aren't motivated enough, especially when the great distractions come, such as junk food, colas, and the like. They don't have the will to ride that treadmill and run as fast as they possibly can.
Well, I've give you a motivation. Usually, when a person is angry or in great distress or panic, the tendency of or bodies is to generate enough energy that we previously thought we couldn't have. I remember one story before when there was a great fire in the hospital near downtown. One female guardian of a patient said that she was able to carry an entire oxygen tank just to get the patient she's looking after to out of the hospital. She hadn't thought that she would be able to do it, and she did. Same idea with getting extremely angry. You don't know what you can possibly do.
Instead of throwing things away and destroying everything that you've worked for, you can still be productive while being angry. You can direct your energies towards weight loss. Go ahead and box. Go ahead and run a marathon. Go ahead and swim a kilometer. Keep yourself busy. Keep yourself fit. Drain your energies while your anger allows you to be the strongest person that you can ever be. You'll be amazed at the significant weight loss that you will achieve after your bout. In the meantime, try to avoid the person that you're hating, because you won't want to have a criminal record on file. That person will not be worth it, trust me.
