We have discussed before the Atkins Diet or Nutritional Approach. Many have been using this approach to lose weight and they claimed that it's really good. Now, we're skipping our regular diet plan and instead we'll be giving you a video recipe that is specially made for Atkins users.
It's a pretty simple recipe and I know all of you would enjoy doing this at home. Now may I present to you, The Atkins Chewy Candy Bar.
- 2 TBS butter
- 1/4 cup natural chunky peanut butter
- 1/4 cup Splenda
- 1 cup chocolate whey protein powder
- 1/4 cup Da Vinci SF Vanilla syrup
- 1/4 cup Salted nuts (optional)
The procedure is very easy. Just melt the butter and mix it with Splenda. After that just add the peanut butter to the butter and splenda mix until the texture becomes smooth. Put in the protein powder up until it becomes crumbly.
Next thing to do is add the SF syrup. Doing this will turn the mix into a glossy texture and will be easier for you to make it to 2 mini loaf pans.
Put it in your refrigerator for at least an hour, or until it cools form into candy. After that, enjoy eating it! Simple, right?
