I'm not fond of coffee and milk, so I usually drink tea as a refreshing replacement, as well as a health booster. I have a metabolic disorder, and my doctor suggested that I drink tea every to aid in my metabolic functions. I'm glad I followed him, as I feel better now than ever before.

Tea, especially green and white tea, are known in Asian countries as miracle water because of their abilities to lower the disease rate of a person and in helping to cure diseases that science failed to cure.
In particular, Korean and China are the two known tea planters and they use them as part of their Traditional Medicines such as a serum in acupuncture and replacement of water during yoga sessions.
