Healthy Diet Affects Behavior

By Fit Bud at 07/04/08 22:44

I was with a friend accompanying him in his diet for almost two weeks now. He asked me to help him monitor his health and aid in his diet programs. He is really determined to cut those fats down.

My friend used to be a person who always shout, easily irritated and gets angry at the smallest thing he finds not good. I learned how to cope with that though it was really hard dealing with him at most times. So when he asked me to help him in his diet, I was like, "Is this for real?". And I agreed without hesitations. It's not everyday that he asked for my help.

Over the period of two weeks, I noticed how he changed in size, personality and behavior. I noticed a big difference before he committed the diet and while doing it at the present.

He seems to be jolly and more friendlier. He was not the submissive type but lately he had been saying yes to what we say. He used to contradict in our ideas just to show he is different, but now that trait changed a lot.

I think it's because he is now having proper sleep, good and healthy food and some sort of a discipline. We told him last time that preventing himself from getting angry and always keeping clam will help his blood be regulated so he won't have any problem while on the process of dieting. Perhaps that's the reason why he is such a good boy now.

He weighs more than 200 lbs at a young age. He is not that tall and the last time he went to the hospital, he was already diagnosed as obese. But he is determined to trim down for the sake of having a good future and finding a job that will suit his course. He is a business management graduate majoring in food business. So being healthy will reflect in his career.

We are positive he will gain the body he wants, we just don't know when. If he continues with what he is doing now, we believe it will not be long for him to achieve his goal.
