 For many of us, trying to live a healthier life is a battle that started a long long time ago. We despise fat, but we are tempted to eat more food that gives us more of it. It's a difficult battle to pursue. There's no doubt about that.But with discipline and guidance, I am sure we can win this one. Sometimes, you only need an inspiration to do so.
