I should be feeling sad for you people out there who spend a lot just to keep in pace with your dieting program. Why should I be? Well, apparently, they won't work in the long term. No no no, I am not kidding you.

There's actual research about this and they were made by people of the prestigious UCLA. So unless there's a refutal, they might be right.
