Yesterday my friend persuaded me in joining him in his new gym program. Oh well, he weighs around 220 lbs and he is just 22. Really, really in need of a good gym program. He's been enrolled to the program for almost two weeks now and he asked me to join him and I said yes, mainly just to accompany him. I really wanted him to lose weight and I would be glad to become see for myself how would he be able to do that. By the way, he targets on losing as much as 30-50 lbs in just a month or two. This diet plan do not really concern any important citations but rather, this dietary program is only for those people who are allergic or sensitive with eating food that are wheat-based. So if you are one of them, this program is made just right for you. Breakfast: - Scrambled Eggs, Steamed Rice and yogurt
Lunch: - Grilled Peruvian Chicken or Salisbury Steak vegetable ensalada
Dinner: - Smoked fish with fruit/vegetable salad and fruit juice extracts
Snack: - Fruit shakes, green apples or grapes
This program is good for you: - If you do not like to include wheat in your diet
- If you are allergic to eating wheat-based foods
- If you like light foods but without breads
Foods that are not allowed in this program: - Pretzels
- Wheat Bread
- Wheat Pasta
- Wheat Cereals
- Other foods that contain wheat
Diet Summary This program may seem easy to look at but actually it isn't. Eliminating wheat in your diet program is hard because wheat is actually a non-visible ingredient in most foods.
