We have featured dietary programs for patients with diabetes and high sugar/glucose level. However, there are also people who are suffering from very low levels of sugar. These are people who are suffering from hypoglycemia, a condition where the glucose (sugar) level of the person is way beyond normal. For them, we offer specific diet programs. Breakfast - Cereal with milk, nuts, fruits and jellies
Lunch - Beef bulgogi with sweet chili sauce, rice, apples or grapes
Dinner - Marinated steak, cheese, fruits and mashed potatoes
Snack - Pretzels, Fruit Drinks
This plan is good for you: - if you have hypoglycemia
- if your physician advised you to increase your sugar intake
- if you want to increase your sugar level and fiber as well
This plan is not for you: - if you are diabetic
- if your family has history of diabetes
- if you have just given birth
Diet Plan Summary This diet plan is specially made for people with the specific condition mentioned above. If you are not hypoglycemic, we do not recommend this diet program. The aim of this dietary plan is to increase the person's sugar level and help them get their glucose stabilized.
