Dieting isn't easy as 1 2 3. You have to invest a lot of discipline for you to be able to achieve the body you want. Some say that dieting is like punishing yourself. Sometimes people will skip meals for many days just to keep their slim body. I say they are doing a sexy suicide.

Other people invented or created products that will let you have your diet without getting hungry. And this one video I'll be sharing is one of them. Watch it and laugh till you drop. But be warn, it's kind of disturbing. But it's nevertheless entertaining and sooo funny!
