Last month I tried fighting myself from eating every food I glance upon. I found out I just can't. I guess it's really human instinct to eat when we feel hungry, although in my case, I feel like eating everytime I see food, even if I'm not hungry at all.
My body has become huge in the last few months of eating non-stop. I gained almost 70 lbs and I failed to compensate that with exercises. Now I'm a walking balloon. Bloated and round.
So I devised a plan for myself. If I can't stop myself from eating just about every food inside my refrigerator, on the table food basket or in the snack bar, then don't fight it. I told myself I'll eat them all. But I did something before coming up with a decision like that.
I replaced most of my stock with food that are easy to eat, not fattening and healthy. Of course, I'm talking of fruits.
I put watermelon slices on my refrigerator. I put apples on my table basket. I gave away all soda cans to my neighbor and instead replaced all of them with bottled water.
I've been doing this for almost 2 weeks now and I noticed that I feel better than the previous months. I believe the method is working really nice. In the almost 2 weeks of doing that, I already loss 10-15 lbs.
Also, the method I used for myself worked miraculously in another way. I now know how to control myself from eating just about everything served to me. I guess eating the same food for almost everyday for straight weeks lessen my liking for eating them all even if they are in front of me
I don't know if a diet program like this already existed, but since I just develop it out of my own need, and believe I discover it, I'm giving it the name - Food Replacement Diet Program.
