What's A Gym?

Yesterday my friend persuaded me in joining him in his new gym program. Oh well, he weighs around 220 lbs and he is just 22. Really, really in need of a good gym program.

He's been enrolled to the program for almost two weeks now and he asked me to join him and I said yes, mainly just to accompany him. I really wanted him to lose weight and I would be glad to become see for myself how would he be able to do that. By the way, he targets on losing as much as 30-50 lbs in just a month or two. And he plans on achieving that through a healthy, good gym program accompanied by a dietary plan that suits him best.

It was the first time since 3 years ago that I was able to enroll in a gym. The last time I was in a gym was in college when I still play for the university. And the long break prove that it made me weaker. I can hardly do the stretching properly!

Since I also enrolled in the said gym, I also asked the instructor for the program that will give me good abs. Yes, I want to have some flat and well muscled abs. I don't like those six packs and sorts like that, I only want to have my abs flat because for the last three years, I gain a couple of inches in the waist and my tummy looks like a balloon. I'm fit and slim and that's the only thing I need for the gym.
