Yesterday my friend persuaded me in joining him in his new gym program. Oh well, he weighs around 220 lbs and he is just 22. Really, really in need of a good gym program. He's been enrolled to the program for almost two weeks now and he asked me to join him and I said yes, mainly just to accompany him. I really wanted him to lose weight and I would be glad to become see for myself how would he be able to do that. By the way, he targets on losing as much as 30-50 lbs in just a month or two. And he plans on achieving that through a healthy, good gym program accompanied by a dietary plan that suits him best. Read more: What's A Gym?
