Sports is the Best Exercise

Are you a sports man? Do you enjoy everyday training? Well, if that's the case, there's no doubt you are in good shape.

Based on my personal experience, I can say that playing any kind of sports, especially those that include massive training and whole body application, is a good way for you to stay fit and healthy.

As you are enjoying some strenuous workout, you are also keeping your self healthy and in shape. You burn calories and fats, you give tension to our muscles and you promote healthy blood circulation.

Oh well, playing chess is exempted though. It need a little effort to do some warm ups and training before you sit and play so you can gain the fit and healthy body you want.

NOTE: Eating is not a sport.
