I have been training with a gym operated by the hospital I regularly checked up for a couple of weeks now. And so far, from 239 lbs, I have already lose more than 10 lbs. When I last weighed in, I'm just 226 lbs. A great improvement for a short time. I consider one of the reasons why I easily lose weight is because I have an instructor that really knows how to do things properly. He is a licensed fitness instructor and a professional health professor as well. He really knows the reason why I have to do certain exercises and he usually tells the cause and effect of everything I do. Really fantastic.
I have actually encourage a few of our other friends to join me in my quest to lose weight. I have one friend who joins us in the gym not to lose weight, but rather to gain weight. He needs to add more weight, and muscle, but still needs to maintain his fit body.
I have also devised a plan for my food intake. I wrote a table of what are the things I can eat and those things I cannot eat. I was surprised that out of the million kinds of food on earth, I have only written no more than 20 foods than I can freely eat and will not affect my diet.
I now believe the saying that dieting isn't easy. I am now starting to feel the pressure of being in a diet program. I have to invest discipline and try my very best to avoid the foods I know will not help me in any way.
Effort is needed for a change, and I am doing it now. Let's make this world fat free!
