Far from the usual tips given by others about dieting like regulating your food intake, exercising or whatsoever, we would like to give you simple tips and advises regarding how to keep yourself healthy and fit without the means of diet plans, gym programs specially dietary drugs. We know this tips takes a long time to gain result, but we guarantee you it's worth the time and the money you will be saving because you don't need to spend a single cent.

We do not ask you to follow everything, but we do encourage you to do so. Here are the tips we gathered from different people that were successful on losing weight and keeping their body fit.

  • Use the stairs everytime - This is a guaranteed way of losing constant calories everyday. Whenever you go to the mall, to your office or anywhere, avoid using escalators and elevators. Just take the long stairs, it's a bit exhausting but it's an investment to your health, so why not do it.
  • Schedule walking dates - I know this sound weird but from now on, think of not calling your girlfriends or boyfriends for long hours of talk. Instead of staying home talking to them by phone, why not ask them to go on a walking date in the park. It will promote personal attachment and is both healthy for your "hearts" and body. You can ask your friends too! Walking with someone you are comfortable with is one of the best way to do it.
  • Take your dog on a longer walk - Every morning I see to it that I got to walk my dog around the village or in the park. I noticed how good it is to feel sweating in the morning. But go out of the normal routines, you can run with your dog if you want or make the walk time longer. This promote muscle mobility and burns a lot of calories.
  • Walk a lot at home - My mom used to say I'm such a hyper-mobile kid. I used to move around a lot and can't stay with a single place for an hour. Maybe you can acquire that character for a better use. Instead of just sitting in the couch the whole day watching TV, why not clean your house, sweep the floor, clean the garden or read books while walking. When you are also in your mobile phone, try walking while talking to the other line. That's like doing 2 things at the same time!
