Diet Plan: A Hearty Meal

This week's dietary plan is specially made for people who suffers from high cholesterol, or have already suffered strokes and heart attacks. This meal is very helpful for those who wants to get out of the ordinary wheat-cereal meal plan.
    Breakfast
  • Rice-bran bread, fruits and non-fat milk
  • Lunch
  • A cup of black [Indonesian] rice, beans, boiled cabbage salad and fruits
  • Dinner
  • Grilled chicken, mashed potato, garden salad, fruits and a small amount of red wine( 3-5/month)
  • Snacks
  • Fruits, herbal teas or a lot of water

This plan is good if
  • You have a heart disease
  • You have suffered from minor or major strokes
  • You want to lower your body cholesterol content
  • You want to prevent future attacks and strokes
  • You want to get off of the list of hypertensive patients

Diet Plan Summary
This plan is specially made for those people who are dealing with high levels of cholesterols and for those who suffers from its consequences. This plan do not only help people with the mentioned illnesses, but this is also very helpful for people who has Diabetes Type 2 and hypertension. Always remember that this diet plan is only a support to your everyday effort to get the heart attack track. Everyday exercise and proper control of your diet is the key for you to be fully out of the pit.
