Lunch - Grilled turkey with garden fresh salad
Dinner - Steamed ham, steamed vegetables with fruits

The plan is good for you if - If you feel you are overtaking sugar and needs to cut reduce it.
- If you want a program that is low in carbohydrate but still high in fiber.
- If you love eating greens (vegetables) and protein-rich foods.
- If your doctor allowed you to eat mix foods and not following any certain program.
Diet Plan Summary When you start to limit your carbohydrate intake, you also start loosing sugar intake simultaneously and also it is notable that you start loosing weight. What's good with Atkins diet is that it allows its users to go back to eating carbohydrates but on a minimal rate, when you already reached your goal of loosing weight. Atkins diet focuses on having low carb, high fiber, high in vitamins and minerals, adequate protein and a balance of fat intake. But if you are just starting with the Atkins, make sure you have consulted your dietitian first so you'll know your carbohydrate level so you know where to start and what will be your initial program.
