Appearance is everything in this world and that is true for most of the people. So much so is the race to look good and slim that people are ready to do anything under the sun to get a slim body. This is more true in the case of ladies who want to have the most beautiful of figure. This desire is used by con men to dupe innocent people of their wealth.Link: Con Man's Blog: Legal Con Man Scam?--Learn How Easy You Can Lose Weight Tags: weight loss scams • weight loss • 0 Comments. - Permalink |

The Atkins Nutritional Approach or commonly termed as Atkins Diet have been receiving mixed reviews since it was popularized by Dr. Robert Atkins itself in his 1998 book, Dr. Atkins' Diet Revolution although the term was used as early as the 60's. In this video, the guy talks of how great the Atkins Diet is. The Atkins diet is known for its claims that obesity, one of the major cause of death in America, is due to eating refined carbohydrates, particularly sugar, flour, and high-fructose corn syrups. The Atkins Diet also rejected the food pyramid and instead suggest not to eat too much carbohydrate based foods so that instead of burning carbs, the body will burn fat. Atkins Diet has four phases. Induction, ongoing weight loss, pre-maintenance and lifetime maintenance. I will not discuss each and will not elaborate on them for now because I have to look and observed more about this process. The diet plan we are going to have today is a bit special. There concerns people with diabetes. I personally made this plan for my father. Our family has an extensive history of diabetes. My late grannies died because of it. Fortunately I do not have it, or have not yet been detected. But since high school I do not use sugar, not too much carbo and do not usually eat sweets so I believed its very unlikely for me to have it. Anyways, here is the plan. Breakfast- Scrambled Eggs, fresh green garden leaves with Cheese w/ toast or French bread
Lunch - Grilled Chicken, strawberries (oatmeal- optional)
Dinner - Broiled Tenderloin (Beef) with steamed vegetables like carrots, corn, lettuce, peas and others.
Snack (in between meals) - Fruits like apples, avocado, cashew nuts or some roasted almonds
This Plan is good for you if: - Diabetes runs in your family.
- You can control your cravings for sweets and carbos.
- You want to learn portion control and healthy eating behaviors.
This plan is not good for you if: - If you depend on your medications and do not care on what you eat.
- If you can't give up your fast food junkies.
- If you can't cook and would like food deliveries all the time.
Diet Summary This diet plan is specially made for diabetes patients. This program will help ensure that their sugar and carbohydrate intake is beyond the recommended for persons with diabetes, specially for diabetes type 2. This is composed of easy to make recipes to help keep blood glucose under control. This program is nonetheless as tasty as the other foods you've been wanting to eat but is prohibited or limited and moderated. You are what you eat! Admit it. There is no denying that what we eat reflects us as a whole. Obviously, the best reflection of what you eat is your body, your size and your health. Do you love vegetables? Love cholesterol free foods? Love eating raw? Then I believe you have a slim, fit or athletic body. On the contrast, if you love those fatty foods, oil rich - oil based foods, theres no doubt you are already on your way to the brink of death. Seriously, eating those foods like theres no tomorrow is actually deducting a day in your life. Its very obvious that those who live in a clean lifestyle, eat foods that are healthy enough for them are fortunate to have a higher life span. Of course its not just the food that matters. There are also other factors like the environment and the habits of the person, but foods that we eat are the major elements with regards to our health. There are some people that really is unaffected of whether how much they eat. Those people are basically ectomorph or ectomorphic. They are the people who can eat anything they want but still enjoy the lowest risk of being fat. This is because they are born to have a low fat storage. On the other hand, there are also people who gets easily fat than the others. They are the ones who has a lot more of fat cells as compared to the average person. Eating is human's way to survive. We eat what we want, we eat what we desire. WE eat to be alive. But eating can also lead you to a shorter life, eating may also cause you your life. As obesity becomes a serious threat, we must have a look and step back on how we deal with food, with our way of eating. After all, whatever you put in your mouth will never get out as the same what you entered. Our every action is always answered with results.
