By Fit Bud at 07/29/08 06:43

Many believe nowadays that being thin means being fit and sexy. This is what our modern world shows. We have supermodels who are like thin sticks, some of the most beautiful woman on FHM and MAXIM are like sticks as well. So what do people influenced by this trend do? Thy do all things to be thin.

But in another case, there's just people who are very much conscious about their weight. There are a lot of them who would skip meals, punch themselves and eventually starve to death. This is anorexia.

Tea For A Healthy Body

By Fit Bud at 07/28/08 18:28
, Green Tea: Green Tea

Tea have always been a healthy companion for many people. I for one, drinks tea everyday. I'm not fond of coffee and milk, so I usually drink tea as a refreshing replacement, as well as a health booster. I have a metabolic disorder, and my doctor suggested that I drink tea every to aid in my metabolic functions. I'm glad I followed him, as I feel better now than ever before.

Often time we hear people say that teas are the "miraculous drink" of the orient. I do not have much to say about that, all I know is that drinking tea works for me in making me feel and look healthy, inside and out.

Milk Diet - What About It?

By Fit Bud at 07/27/08 19:27
We do not often heard of this, but there really is a thing we called Milk Diet. It was in the 1920's that Milk Diet was born when it was proposed by Bernarr Macfadden. As opposed to what others thought it was, the Milk Diet was not made to lose weight, but rather, it was perceived as a miracle diet that can cure different types of illnesses.

The method of using this diet is definitely a no no, at least for me. According to the creator, Milk Diet can be a week long process that can be extended to a few more months and even for more years. It all depends on how severe the sickness of the person is. This diet is also under a big question mark especially for our modern medicine because it requires milk to be the only source of food, nothing more.
