Why Should I Stay Fit and Sexy?Recently I went to the grocery to buy food stocks when I came across a poster advertisement. That question was written there in big, bold letters, as if they think people can't see it. But still, I entertained the question and asked myself, why do I really have to stay slim, fit and sexy? I reviewed myself and look for the 'why's and because' of my daily routine. Of course, I want to become healthy. I want to stay fit and keep my body slim. I do not want extra fat dangling in my hips, biceps and my legs. For many, staying sexy is only for females. That's absolutely a wrong misconception. Everybody needs to be sexy. Every needs to stay fit. And everybody needs to become healthy. Actually, staying sexy, slim and healthy is not a big problem. You just have to have discipline in your lifestyle. Do no forced yourself to too much work. Sleep adequately. Drink enough water. Take a rest every time you feel you need it. Eat the proper food and if need, take vitamins and supplements. Recent studies shows that having fit, sexy body adds to a person's self confidence. It boosts a person's perception in life. Staying sexy adds to a person's orientation. Aside from providing extra confidence, it also helps a person gain an image of being healthy and clean. Your physical appearance serves as your passport to many opportunities especially if you're young and have good looks. Most of the companies nowadays prefer getting healthy and good looking employees. This way, they attract customers. Sad to say, but in some cases, skills is just secondary. But it's not all in the good looks and good shape. You can definitely win a game. Remember, the greatest ingredient of success is perseverance, determination and being true to yourself. Also, change your perception about being sexy and replace its definition, Sexy is being Healthy, vice versa. As you are enjoying some strenuous workout, you are also keeping your self healthy and in shape. You burn calories and fats, you give tension to our muscles and you promote healthy blood circulation. Many of us loves water. We all love to swim. We love how it feels when the water touches our skin. Some people even use swimming as an exercise aside from being a hobby. Since we all love water, why not try to use it as the venue for your fitness exercise as well. Aerobics done in water is said to be the most powerful form of fitness aerobics. The pressure and the force the water is giving you is very helpful to teach your muscles how to counter it, thus, allowing it be exposed in tensions that will help it stay fitted. It also helps you to learn how to breathe properly, thus exercising your lungs, your heart and your internal organs as well. Water aerobics is definitely a fitness program you should engage yourself in. Tags: fitness exercise • water aerobics • water exercise • water fitness program • 0 Comments. - Permalink |
