After the Pregnancy

By Website Introductions at 10/23/08 02:47

Being overweight can be really depressing for everyone. While it the "inner" us that matter the most, external beauty still plays a role in how we perceive ourselves.

But what it takes is a lot of determination and discipline--plus some fashion sense--to give you the body that you wanted to have. Let's learn from the story of Nikki here at the Sun.

By Fit Bud at 10/21/08 19:23
One of the ways of achieving good health and slim body by engaging yourself into different kinds of exercises. Actually, even if you're on a strict food diet but you do not perform regular physical exercises, it will be hard for you to lose weight.

While doing these exercises for the sake of the becoming fit, we sometimes feel pains in many parts of our body. If you do a lot of whole body exercise, the most prone part that will likely experience pain are the back muscles and the knee bones.

Frutarian You Say?

By Fit Bud at 10/20/08 17:41
I don't know a lot of people who are frutarian. Actually it was only recently that I got to know a real person in my circle that is a frutarian or at least becomes a frutarian only on instances that good source of vegetable is absent because in real, he is more of a vegetarian. I admit, I love eating fruits but I can't live on fruits alone.

But what is really a frutarian? What are the only food that can be eaten by someone claims that they are frutarian? And what are the pros and cons of becoming a full frutarian?

By Fit Bud at 10/13/08 18:08
I was surfing the internet for the last few days in an internet shop. I was having a problem with my internet provider so I had to endure going to cafes until I get the problem fixed.

Going to computer shops only do two things on me. Its either they will annoy me or it will satisfy me. But right at this very moment, I am happy and laughing. Why? Because I became an instant online diet instructor to one of the customers in this shop.

The Raw Food Diet

By Fit Bud at 10/07/08 06:46
Raw food diet, which through the years have evolved into what we call raw foodism, is the lifestyle that promotes eating raw un-cooked foods. Before, raw food diet does not include eating raw meat but only raw vegetables, fruits and weeds. But over the years, it changed to eating almost anything that is raw.

We humans have always been fascinated on how wild animals survived by just eating foods that are raw. Well, a lion will not likely to eat a chocolate cake. A fish will not eat a fruit salad but seaweeds and small fishes alone. So, some people think believe eating raw foods is just normal, for we are afterall, animals too.

Do McDonald Burgers Decompose?

By Fit Bud at 10/06/08 03:30
I almost believe my friend when he told me McDonald's is now moving from the line of "profitable marketing" to "healthy food selection" category. Well, I have never been a fan of McDonald's, most especially when the flick Super Size Me came out. But since I wanted to try out how their burgers taste, I went in with a friend and bought some. Also, I was on a diet that time that I thought having a burger for lunch is enough.

The burger is nothing special. It tastes exactly like the other burgers available on another store. The only problem after eating it is that I felt my tummy crumbled. I thought I was just feeling that because I'm not used to having Ronald's burger in my tummy. But then when I read an article on Best of Mother Earth, and I was horrified. Do McDonald burgers decomposed?
