We all learn from history and history is often said to repeat itself. So if both these idioms are true, they should be applicable to human eating habits and routine as well. I am referring to the pre-historic days when man was a hunter and had not proper dieting period as sometimes they might or might not catch a good kill. Here is a diet which simulates those times and helps to stay healthy.
