Some people are prescribed to lower their sodium intake. SO here is a plan that will help you achieve what your physicians or dietitians have told you. But remember, this is a low-sodium plan and not no-sodium, if you are prescribed to take down sodium completely, this plan is not for you.
Breakfast
Cereals (optional with fruit) , cheese, milk and toast
Lunch
Burger/Grilled chicken and vegetable salad
Dinner
Turkey/Tuna sandwich, fruit juice, fresh fruits
Snack
Buns with butter or fresh citrus fruits
The plan is good for you if:
You are aware that you have hypertension
You want to avoid having hypertension
You want to lower your blood pressure
You want to reduce sodium but retain normal carbo intake
Plan Description This plan is basically recommended for those people who has hypertension or for those who wants to avoid or lower the risk of having hypertension. It is also recommended for those who wants to lower their blood pressure. This is balanced plan that will give you lower sodium and normal carbohydrate intakes.
