Bread For Diet? No Thanks.

I recently told you that I enrolled in a gym program with my friend. I'm now having doubts about the capability of the said gym to give good advise and proper programs including a healthy diet.

I asked the instructor why do I need to eat in order for me to have a normal metabolic activity since I'm have low level of Von Gierke's disease or a metabolic disorder, and that also leads me to have the tendency of going hypoglycemic. Though I have the tendency to have super low level of blood sugar, that somehow is regulated by the genes I inherited from my parents, which is being diabetic. In the process, my tendency of being hypoglycemic is fighting with the diabetic genes, making me on the middle.
