I started this website in order to give people the information about the exercises, weight trainings, weight loss programs, and many more about fitness. People in Nepal are living with lots of misconceptions about exercising. People don't get enough information about a single workout and how to do it. I have tried to teach people how to do an exercise correctly for the btter benefits.
