The USDA Food Pyramid

There is a new food pyramid that was issued by the USDA or the United States Department of Agriculture. This new version of the old age food pyramid caters to the needs of modern American food consumption. They know the world now is very much different from the world that invented the previous pyramid.

This isn't something new news, but some other people do not know this especially to those who care less much about what they eat or how balance and what nutrition they get from the foods they eat. So therefore I would to discuss some simple matters regarding the new food pyramid. To do that, what this video first.
