What inspired you to launch your own website?

Devised a similar plan to help a dear friend to lose weight

almost two years ago, same content ie weight loss

How did you decide on a name for your website?

Sell diet plans, the name came naturally

What makes it different from other, similar offerings?

I hope all the other offerings ARE similar ..ie all help people to acualy LOSE weight.

Very good return, plus satisfaction thatpeople feel better after 28 days at least

Marketing> advertising, magazines and newspapers etc

What unexpected costs and headaches have you had to deal with?

Nothing major, just the headache from the glare of monitor occasionaly

Putting together correct calrie count for daily plans

2 years almost..will run for as long as people need it
