Millions of Americans are fat. Actually, most are not just fat, they are already obese. Statistics shows that more than 40% of the American population are more than the ideal weight they need. Though many were alarmed by the increasing percentage of obese Americans, the rate of obese people are still constantly increasing. Hundreds of different diets have been created, a lot of fitness programs were developed, but still they cannot outpace the swift increase of obesity.
Why with the help of diets and fitness programs obesity is still increasing? Why is that the percentage of obese people are still higher than the normal? We came to a conclusion that perhaps almost everyone will agree. It is over eating.
I still wonder why only Bulimia nervosa and Anorexia nervosa are the only considered eating disorders, but over eating is not.
We all know that taking things more than the average is not good. And it is the same principle that we apply when it comes to health and dieting. Too much dieting is bad for your body. And too much eating is also bad for our health.
Over indulging in things such as food is a serious thing that a person must not just ignore. Our body can only accommodate enough percentage of vitamins and mineral, and eating more even after you have already achieved your goal is not a good idea. Because all of the nutrients that are supposed to be in your body will just go to waste. But not all components of the food will be wasted. Cholesterol and calories will be left behind in your body, and they will be absorbed by your muscles swiftly.
Eating is really never a problem, it's a necessity. It becomes a problem when you take too much of your share.
Take everything in moderation. Do not be too fast in everything. Try to be as normal as you can be. Perhaps in this way, you can achieved the perfect body fitness and health you and and need.
