Raw food diet, which through the years have evolved into what we call raw foodism, is the lifestyle that promotes eating raw un-cooked foods. Before, raw food diet does not include eating raw meat but only raw vegetables, fruits and weeds. But over the years, it changed to eating almost anything that is raw.We humans have always been fascinated on how wild animals survived by just eating foods that are raw. Well, a lion will not likely to eat a chocolate cake. A fish will not eat a fruit salad but seaweeds and small fishes alone. So, some people think believe eating raw foods is just normal, for we are afterall, animals too.
