Many people have the misconception that diet is solely dedicated for losing weight. And with losing weight, they do things that they think will burn their fats or lower their food intake. Some are even torturing themselves to work.

Let's cut this myth off and speak of the real information. Dieting is not all about losing weight. It's about getting the right nutrient your body needs. It's about getting the right amount of anything. This includes the right duration of sleep, enough rest, proper exercise, adequate water intake and of course, eating the right food.
