It is common knowledge that drinking soda could make you gain more weight. It will make anyone terribly fat if you drink at least 6 cups of soda without water.
The question is, will you lose weight when you stop your addiction with soda and start drinking water? Soda addicts, keep an eye of this. The answer to this question might motivate you to stop drinking soda.
