I read a blog that seemed to say its ok if you want to drink alcoholic beverages if you are on a diet... just to keep the quantity reasonable.I would have made my comment there.. but they force you to login with Google and I can't stand that. So here goes my response!

What's the point of dieting if you are not serious about getting HEALTHY??
Develop healthy habits and eating and the old junk won't even taste good anymore and will make you feel like crap.
A couple years after you haven't had a soda pop (diet or not) any soda pop will make you want to puke.
Learn the habits. Get Healthy.. don't food yourself with stupid ideas like what was presented in this blog! Dieting should not be about calories, but about health. If you are skinny and sick its just as bad as being fat and sick.
