There would not be much fuss over dieting if it was an easy task. This blog wouldn't even exist if the need to lose weight for some people is not desperate. Sadly, gaining weight has much emotional baggage that comes along with it, given society's notion of what is beautiful. This dieting craze has triggered a lot of depression out there. It stirred up many people's confidence in their selves. But how is it exactly liked to be depressed over one's weight?
