Everyone nowadays is all inclined for a diet. It sees like everyone wants to be in a diet either for health of for vanity reasons. Well, in this changing world, a lot of ways have been developed to lose weight and stay slim or sexy.There is one, coined by Dr. Barry Sears in his books, that is getting a lot of attention and even a cult following from a lot of people. It is call the Zone Diet, a type of diet that goes level with what Dr. Sears called as "The Zone", his own term for hormonal balance.
In general, the Zone Diet follows one rule, eat a ratio of 40:30:30 (carbohydrates, protein, fats respectively). At the moment, the diet formula for the Zone Diet is still under debate but there are already other test results indicating that the ratio indeed can lose weight.
